Interview from Kevin Nash from WWE

Recently We sat down and the Outsider meets the original Outsider in a phone interview that he did a few weeks back with friend and WWE Superstar Big Sexy Kevin Nash 2 weeks b4 returning to the ring after being out of action for about 3 months with a Torn Bicep injury and anticipating his in ring debut but unfortunately for Big Sexy 2 minutes into his first match he injured and tore his quadricep and hopefully we be able to see him back in action but it is very questionable.We hope that the Big Man can bounce back and once again surge the nWo back to providence once more at the top of the federation.

D-Outsider: When the nWo first arrived here,it promised to wreak havoc like in the old days of WCW and go through and systematically destroy the entire organization. While the group did have an immediate impact,To myself and many nWo supporters it seemed like that the once most dominant force in sports entertainment didn't get off to the start that everyone was expecting,And with so many obstacles that faced the group,Several months since Wrestlemania into your run nwo,How do you feel the nWo is doing and does it have what it takes to survive and be a major player once more in this industry.

Kevin Nash: I think a lot of corporations in today's society,we were in a restructing phase during our first few months,Nobody could of predicted on Mar 17 that hogan was going to abandon us for the fans and that Toronto would reborn Hulkamania. He left us and wanted to do his Hulkamania thing and that's fine for him,I guess. He said he was nWo 4 Life...but I guess that was just talk,Once he left it disrupted the synergy that we had going.

D-Outsider: We you expecting him to dump you guys and turn his back on that to me was the most entertaining thing in the industry that could have been so successful in WWE like it was in wcw.Were you upset that he deserted you.

Kevin Nash: Lets get one thing straight...We dumped him,He didn't dump us. The rest is history.You can't replace a Hollywood Hulk Hogan but we will be just fine with out him.

D-Outsider: I was very much looking forward to seeing you in action to see how the the level of impact the nWo would be after wrestlemania without hogan but shortly after Hogan left the nWo you tore your right bicep muscle and found out that you were going to be out of action for several months,I was very questionable and I believe some fans may have said that the nWo and the faction was finished.

Kevin Nash: Well we pretty much were,We were on the ropes not really no what was left to do,My injury was another crucial blow in turning things up a notch.In this business things move so fast and that you could be on top of the world one minute but with all the hungry talent coming up if you don't stay in the game someone can come along and take your spot.

The nWo has always had away of being there in the shadows and just when you thought it was dead it always has away of resurfacing to the top.

D-Outsider: Sort of like Hulkamania?

Kevin Nash: LOL.....If Hulkamania wants to mess with nwo it will not resurface.

D-Outsider:Did seeing the nwo beginning to fall apart motivate you to come back from your injury sooner than later than the doctors that you could?

Kevin Nash:I knew I had to come back,If I didn't I knew it was going to die if I didn't come back and don't know what place would be for the group if I didn't get back and bring the band back together in time.So I made sure I got back before it was too late.

D-Outsider:I was very upset to see Scott Hall depart from WWE,Despite what people have said over the years on Scott Hall,Wrestlemania 18 weekend you he to me was a class act all the way and we definitely all 3 of us had one hell of a weekend how,i felt that it was a crucial blow to the nWo and I honestly felt that a nWo without Scott Hall was more of a bigger blow then a nWo with Hogan. How big of a blow was it for you losing Scott Hall from the federation?

Kevin Nash: It was huge,without a doubt,He was the one guy who was there for me the whole time.We ve been buddies for so long and he's someone that I can really trust.But Getting Shawn (X-Pac) in the group really helped us stay strong even after Hogan left.Xpac goes back with me as far as Scott does .Would we be better if Scott was still here with us.....You Damn Right, I feel that we would have been unstoppable.

D-Outsider: How do you feel about Paul(Big Show) joining the forces with you guys.

Kevin Nash: I feel good,I trust him and still think he is one of the most underrated players in our business and feel his has the most potential in the entire industry,He's still young and most guys in this bruises who are still around don't hit their peak until their mid 30's and he's still a few years away from that.

D-Outsider: I knew that Shawn Micheals would return but I have to admit that him coming back and in Nwo Black in White was a shock,happy but a shock,Shawn I think was a gold card that was to me a stepping stone to put nwo back on top and I even feel that he despite his back injuries is still the most entertaining performer in this business even out of the ring.Was shawn joining the group in the cards all along and you were just waiting for the right moment, and how did it come about for him to return as a member of the nWo.

Kevin Nash: Shawn and I stayed in contact for the six years that we were apart which is very rare in this buisness.When you leave one organization and go to another no one really stays in touch with each other,but Shawn and I did.If you stay in contact with someone in this business,it's because you're friends and when the time was right ,I knew that he'd be here for us.

D-Outsider: Do you see Shawn becoming a more active wrestler again and you and him teaming up to become maybe the new Outsiders of WWE and dominate the tag team division like you and Scott did in WCW.

Kevin Nash: Well I don't know if his back will allow him to wrestle on a regular basis but Shawn definitely got the tools and skills to get it done.

D-Outsider: What are your feelings on the departure of Stone Cold Steve Austin,Many critics say is was the arrival of the nWo is what drove him out.

Kevin Nash: Absolutely,(He LOL)He knew he was going to have face me and I was gonna kick his ass.

D-Outsider: So it wasn't really much Scott or the nWo as it ws you specifically.

Kevin Nash: Of course it was me,Would you want to face me,(I shake my head from side to side and yeah I'll kick your ass Kev!)

Kevin Nash:H e knew that I was within a few weeks of being cleared and he knew he didn't want to face me,He didn't want any part of me,Who does ....maybe except the ladies!

D-Outsider:(LOL) Were you disappointed that he left before you had a chance to share of with him and settle the score from Wrestlemania in the ring?

Kevin Nash: I was disappointed,I enjoy good competition with all the talent we have in the roster,I enjoy giving someone that people love a good ass kicking and show them who they are dealing with....Dissapointed yes....Suprised No!,He didn't want to face me he just didn't want to face the embarrassment of me beating him 123 in the middle of the ring.

D-Outsider: Well Kev thanks for chatting with me today and I look forward to seeing you return to the ring and bring the nwo to top form again and maybe one day they will be as powerful as the a.W.o. and maybe me and you and Scott can square of again in the Guvernment. and I wish you the best of luck and hopefully we will see the re birth of greatness to the nWo again once you return.What do you think is next for the nWo.

Kevin Nash: Just wait and see,I'm not going to let the whole world know now but the nWo's going to be doing some big thinks in the months to come. We've shocked the world so many times before and we're going to do it again.
